Your questionnaire could have shut down for one of the following reasons:
- You’ve lost internet connection
- The study suddenly filled
- Our servers lost power
- There was a sudden update to the questionnaire
In the event this does happen, typically the questionnaire will reappear in a different location from where you originally selected it under the "Available Surveys" tile. This time the questionnaire will be under "Studies in Session". If the study is labeled under "Incomplete Studies" you'll be able to retake the study. If the study is labeled under "Surveys Currently Unavailable" you will not be able to access the questionnaire at that time but is possible it may be available later on so you'll want to check back at a different time. If the questionnaire is not shown on your dashboard at all this means the survey has ended or you actually did complete the survey.
